told me to draw Inai falling through the sky, so I did XD

I think this is one of the first pictures I've drawn where he actually looks close to how I picture him in my head *blink*

the pose and perspective on this was terrible to do DX I couldn't find a single ref for any one pose, so I had to find tons and tons of refs. One for a hand, the shoes, the arms, ect. ect. x__x deeeath

Wonder how he's gonna survive that fall lol. Something to do with the pocket watch Isaru gave him?

Speaking of which I was thinking about the elements of my characters. In my head I always pictured Inai and Isaru with fire, but then I realized that fire is more strictly bound to Isaru. Fire is persistent and grows ever more dangerous with each second, destroying everything around it, wearing it down to dust, much like how Isaru (both willingly and unwillingly) does to the people around him. Inai however is more like a parasite water. He is calm, and patient. He carves his way through his obstacles slowly and carefully, and there are times when he suddenly stops, dormant in life, still as stone. The things that would stop him from moving build and build and build, until finally he breaks, and finally his calm nature turns to a dangerous and deadly one, like a flood.

My only reserve on this is that even though this is not Inai vs Isaru Fire vs Water is soooo overdone in everything everywhere and I really don't want to do something so overused, but in the end I think I might just do so lol *epic fail*

I dunno, just a thought.

Anyways, back to the pic. I tried a different way of doing the bg this time. In Paint Tool Sai, first I used the oil tool and then I used water, and then pen, and then more water, and then airbrush...until it turned out as a half blurry half defined mess x__X but even if it is sloppy I think I got the basic idea down, so I won't worry about it. I cheated and used the flip tool and then painted over it again cause I couldn't get the perspective right lol *bricked*
